Our aim for existing customers and new customers is to fix the problem first time without the need for repeat visits. We do this by finding the root cause of the lift breakdown and resolve the issue when on site. By employing our own lift engineers, we ensure that we solve lift breakdowns and rectify problem lifts for customers. This cuts down on call-outs, costs and downtime for our clients.
When parts are needed, we supply and fit open protocol parts to any lift repairs (where possible). This gives the client flexibility on their lifts but also peace of mind on future works.
